Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to within 48 hours.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. BuxieJo also takes pride in each bag or pair of shoes being one-of-a-kind, so zipper colors, pull tabs, and fringe colors may differ within each mini collection. If you would like to try and obtain certain colors of zippers, etc. contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
CUSTOM COLLECTIONS AND COLLABORATIONS
If you would like to have a custom collection or collaboration created by BuxieJo for your boutique, please contact Ron at email@example.com. Please keep in mind that the cost of sourcing materials for custom collections can take additional time and non-refundable custom collections fees may apply and be due upon order before the collection is created. Custom collections may take up to an additional 8 - 10 weeks to complete. Collaborations can include branding of the collection with BuxieJo and ordering company's logo at an additional fee to secure the brand after we receive your logo graphics, etc.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Ron at within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
